EY1MGS here. Michael in Yukon where it's about 10 a.m. Just about 12 degrees charlie, that's about 60. It's a bit chilly. Actually pretty nice for this time here. Overcast. Had a lot of sunny days in a row. Had a little rain last night and that's not bad. My wife and I left last friday for Carcross which is about an hour's drive from here. And we did some volunteering for the Klondike Road Relay. Check out klondikeroadrelay.com And that was successful and fun. And the checkpoint volunteers we were with, they did a big brunch afterwards. Pulled out kind of a blackstone unit. Bacon and eggs and toast and hash browns. That was very nice. The weather was perfect and the surroundings were amazing. Very lucky. My wife and I then scoped out campground closer to where we wanted to be and then head back to where we dropped our camper and picked that up and brought that back and found a spot in town. At that point in time we've been up since 4 a.m. with about a five hour sleep and I would say it was about 1 p.m. when we were back there. And we were tired. But it was the most beautiful day for boating as well so we decided that we would catch another wind and take advantage of the nice weather. Because we were just going to really chill out and we figured we could do that on the boat if we just put a bit of energy in. And that was good decisions. We had a couple more good boat days after that. And then back to Whitehorse yesterday just in time to get cleaned up for a bank appointment which went really well as well. And I'm back in the office today doing some light office work in the field a few hours a day.
