Yeah, I mean that's based into the Constitution man. You need reasonable, articulable suspicion before you can even ID a person. Unless you live in a stop and ID state, which there are a few, you can't even ask for someone's photo identification without first having suspicion that they created a... that they have committed a crime or are in the process of committing a crime. And if you don't have that, you can't... you've nothing. You've got to walk away or you're supposed to as a cop. But I see these videos online man, and I mean don't get me wrong, these guys that are making these videos, they're intentionally baiting police. They're going to these places with the cameras hoping that someone is going to violate their rights so they can get a lawsuit. But the fact of the matter is, a lot of these cops are tyrants and they'll violate your rights until you get a supervisor there and the supervisor usually tells them yeah the person is in the right blah blah blah and the cop gets a bit of an education. But man, like some of the cops you see, and they'll try and intimidate you like get right up in your face and you can back off and they'll keep approaching you. Personally I don't think that's cool. If you're needing to have a conversation with me, you can do it from 3 or 4 feet back. You don't need to be right up in my grill. Because that's going to piss me off. And that's what they're waiting for. These cops are waiting for someone to push them. Push them back. Because that's assault on a cop, right? And that's a serious charge. But you've got these guys getting right up in your face like talking really loud and that's going to piss... that would piss me off. It really would. And I don't know if I could literally hold my tongue in that situation. But if you like even brush against a cop like are they that much of a group of pussies that they can't take someone brushing up against them without their charging that person with assault on a cop? Like are you that weak of a person? And it's probably not that weak of a person because they just want to charge you with something. And they're only too happy to have you brushing against their sleeve as assault. And I don't get that. That should be against the law too. Because that's baiting a person. You're getting right up in their face. I mean spitting while you're talking. Oh man. That would just... It'd make me so angry. AA4HI. Chuck, did you guys do that kind of stuff when you were in law enforcement? Like get right up in someone's grill when you're talking to them and then they'd back off and you'd get right up in the middle again? I don't know if that's like police department policies for people to act that way or if these cops are just dicks in general. But man, I've seen it so many times in these videos where they just... I mean the guys with the camera are obviously provoking the cops. They are. They're provoking them.
