What I found out when I was in New York and I was an agent for Medicaid, I went to a very cooperative, a lot of poor neighborhoods. What I found is that when these people are poor, they are so poor that they don't know how to read their own language. They know how to speak it and they know how to communicate. Most of them will sign with an X and when they are writing letters, for them it's almost like, not like letter, but it's almost like drawing a symbol to them. It's very difficult for other countries or languages to do that. So what I found out the best thing to do is if I had to translate something, it was better audio than a visual not to read it because most people that are poor that come in from another country do not read their own language and they can't even sign their name. So that's my experience. Otherwise, you know, the translator, even the Google one is pretty good, the one I have downloaded on my phone. You know, my father had a very hard accent too, so I had to translate a lot. And we did get a lot, he did get a lot of what Kevin was talking about, people telling him to go back to his country and blah, blah, blah, blah. And me too, people look at me and say, where are you from? You need to go back. And you know what? It is what it is. That's what I'm doing, not on me. Anyway, back to you, Daryl, back to you.
