It's done heating There's none of this take your pot off because it's gonna burn no no no you turn off the heat. It's done. It's great It does mean relearning to cook for a lot of people who are used to electric But I love the gas range. I used to have one on the acreage with my ex And I'm on electric and I miss my my gas range But yeah a little generac generator particular natural gas line would be just ideal And at worst you know you you convert them into propane you throw a couple hundred pound protein propane tanks beside it It'll run for hours and hours and hours if not days
