Unless they change the policy now, it's anywhere between age 8 through 10 years old. They'll tend to retire them depending on their health conditions. If they can still work and want to work, then we let them. But otherwise, if it comes to the retirement age, yeah, we generally keep alert for it, anything unusual that would cause the retirement thing. But, you know, we do what we can. We love them. We let them do their job. They love it, especially if there's snacks in someone's pocket. But, you know, we let them do their job, and that's what they're there for. I'd rather have the dog over the cane any day.
