It's less than a block away, Jack. So the neighbor to the south is, their yard is right up against the playground. So given my office is on the second floor, I look over the top of their house and I can see the playground. And so it's interesting to watch the kids because, you know, there's kids playing ball and there's kids running around and then there's kids off in the corner. I imagine they're telling secrets or telling stories and, you know, it's just interesting to see the different activities that they choose to do while they're out there on recess. But they're kind of loud and I love it. My old house was by a school and I just loved hearing them running around outside playing and screaming. It sounds to be good screaming, happy screaming, if you will, not screaming because they're in any sort of peril. So yeah, there's that. Oh, and I have made mayo, not legit mayo, but vegan mayo. And you give me ideas. Maybe I wouldn't dare start off with vegan mayo. He might not like that as much. Or maybe I do and get him used to that. You're making me think about this, Jack. More to come.
