Yeah, sorry about that. That was my guy on my insurance and stuff for that procedure for next week. 100% covered, so I'm happy about that. Always watching the bills when it comes to Medicare, Medicaid, and all that good garbage. You never really can tell if you're gonna have it or not have it. But thank God for my wife when she was alive, she was driving school bus and the government pretty much has a hell of a program for medical for the family and stuff. And the one I'm on, geez, what Medicare and stuff don't pay, my Premier comes in and knocks it out of the park and literally nothing out of pocket except maybe buying some of the medications. But otherwise, I'll pay the $15 for the medication I got it taken and the $30,000 I'll say, thank you very much. That's another good day in paradise. Okay, that's enough said. I need to get out mobile on. I got a guy coming out maybe tomorrow or the next day to do appraisal on the place. I'm doing my every three, four year reevaluate and get some extra cash out of the equity and stuff, go buy more toys or whatever. But interest rates gonna be down to a 5.1. I'm looking forward to that. I'm at 6.5 right now. So you can see my madness for doing something like that. And it only increases my house payment by 100 bucks, but I get rid of about maybe 15 to $2,000 with the outgo. So that gives me a little extra money there too. And yeah, that's about it.
