KJ5YLQ returning. Thank you Russell. That's quiet around the house again. Wife is already back and got her grandson off. It's pretty cool how her and my daughter, they kind of work really well together and making sure everything is covered in the morning. Kind of impressive actually. It's nice out here in Texas this morning. I got the windows open. I've already let the chickens out and fed them. You know a few little things here and there. Yeah, I guess I got to start planning out dang yard for Halloween. I hate it. I hate it. Just because I hate mowing around it to be honest. Anyhow, again, kids have seen the blow ups and we reminded them that we had them. I think she won this battle. I'm not seeing a way out. It is what it is though. We'll move on and be happy about it won't we? I would say we as if I'm the queen or the king or something. You ever notice that? How the king, and I think the pope does this too. They're always talking about themselves in the third person. Rethink or something like that. It's kind of weird. Anyhow, let's see. Oh, you know what? I got my kush on. I can't say the word. I can't even talk that. I got my new little Chinese radio. It's pretty cool. For what it is for now. I hadn't really played deeply into it. I definitely can hear all the local stuff without the flash. It definitely has the little S meter and all that kind of cool stuff. I hadn't really played with it a lot. I'm waiting for the next component to come in which will connect my node to RF. I'm pretty excited about that. That's going to probably be my daily driver. I've headed my hands most of the day. I like the size. I put a longer antenna on it. One of my rip antennas. Which seems to really have helped. So now I am thinking about maybe just reinstalling my mobile antenna and all that stuff in my truck. And just keeping that as my little radio. In fact I'll probably buy another one if it works as well as I hope it does. You know what? I don't know if I'll buy another one of the same kind. I really think I'm going to buy my next little HD. It's probably going to have DMR. I think. It really all depends on if I get the TV switch on my node. Working the way I want it to once I get the RF features. But we'll see. We'll see. We'll see.
