Sixteen-year-old stupidly goes and enlists, thinking they're going to welcome him with open arms because of some rare talent he thinks he has. His father runs a restaurant, guess where they send him? Off to cooking school so that he can continue his restaurant adventures in the galley of a carrier ship. There you go. And he has many misadventures there, which I am trying to choreograph in such a way that they make plot sense and get him where he needs to be, which is A, more mature, my God, he's a young sixteen-year-old, more mature, and B, a little more knowledgeable of what he is and what he is not, which is part of maturity, but this is a specific part he badly needs. And let's see, I listened to somebody badly misread an email, which we have to go over again tomorrow, because I think I know what it is and she doesn't. And let's see, that's about it.
