someone would come here to Newfoundland and build an apartment building or something. You know, like a building with maybe 100 apartments in it, that would really change things around here, I think. I mean, rent's skyrocketing. You won't find a place now, a one bedroom place, for less than $1200 bucks. I mean, and it used to be half of that. And I mean, just five years ago, it was half of that.
