I was supposed to own my grandparents house when they passed away, but family got involved and they ended up having to go into a care facility and their house got sold and then someone else in the family bought the house because it was a very good deal and I ended up without getting the house. So it was pretty irritating but as I grew up in the house just around the corner from here and it's a beautiful area man. My grandparents only pay a little over $50,000 for that house and it's worth about $300,000 today.
