Oh yeah, absolutely. Well, I'd say what a lot of people are doing now, they're buying a house, you know, a two apartment house or something like that, something like this one, you know, it's got two separate addresses and then they're renting out either the top or the bottom and then either living in the other one or renting that one out too and paying the mortgage off quick and then once they got enough equity then they're buying another house and renting that one out and before you know it, they got a bunch of houses going, pulling in income, mortgages are paid off for like 15 or 20 years and they're raking in money and then before you know it, you got your own house that's not costing you nothing and multiple more that are bringing in rental income. That's what people around here are doing.
