Why hello Jack. Thank you so much for hosting the net this morning. And yeah, I'm just coming home from dropping Leo off at school. We had a really great morning. My sister had a late start to work today, so the three of us got to like hang out and I made both of them breakfast and then Leo helped her get some stuff out of the car and it was just nice. It's always nice whenever we catch my sister in the morning because she's truly a morning person. So she's bright eyed and bushy tailed. Yeah, but yesterday I went to Whole Foods. So Whole Foods sells this brand called AIDS, Alpha Bravo Echo. They sell these little tea tiny muffins and they're vegan. They're always vegan. And I went because I was just feeling snacky and I wanted, I was like I'm going to go to Whole Foods and get a couple of things that I know that they have and I saw the pumpkin spice extravaganza. Like one third of Whole Foods is all of the things pumpkin spice. But in that mix, AIDS had a pumpkin muffin. I love pumpkin cake. I love pumpkin cake. And so I just decided that I was going to get these and cross my fingers that it wasn't too pumpkin spicy, that it was just like perfect and delicious. And Jack, they were. The pumpkin muffins, AIDS pumpkin muffins, if y'all can find them, they're so good. And the best part about it is there's no icing. They're just muffins. Beautiful. I just thought I'd share.
