Garrow was referring to a North Korean fishing craft, I believe, that got strafed when the SEAL team that was on the beach felt that they had been spotted. So before they could let everybody know, the North Koreans know that a submarine had zoomed up to the beach. Actually three. One big one, two small ones that were launched from the big one to get SEAL team six up on the beach. And the fishing boat was shining a flashlight into the water and stuff.
