Well, I just started a kettle so I can get some tea. I got some new tea and chai in the morning. It's a cranberry hibiscus. I quit coffee a while back, gosh, a long while back now. Towards the end of last winter, I guess, and I don't want to go back to it. I'm too jittery. I'm way too ADHD, and I'm getting worse, I think. So I'm trying to cut out anything with caffeine or anything like that and see if it helps me slow down a little bit. So I'm trying a different catch of tea in the morning. My favorite thus far is Lady Grey. I love Earl Grey tea, but not in the morning. But Lady Grey is so good, but it still has caffeine and stuff in it. So I'm not sure I can always completely get away from that, but I'm trying different stuff right now. I typically get up, I'll have some water and a banana every day just about. If I don't get my banana, I feel like my whole day is off. And then about 9 or 10 o'clock in the morning is when I'll eat a light breakfast. Usually it will be like a bagel, which I'm not supposed to be eating right now, but it's so good. Maybe a little bit of leftover salmon from the night before spread on the bagel, something like that. We have a pretty good lunch every day. My wife usually makes it tuna fish sandwiches or something similar. And then we cook something good for the evening. And I just don't eat big portions, not anymore. And I think that is why I've lost the weight that I've lost, no secret to it or anything. I'm just eating less than what I'm working off is basically what I'm trying to do. Oh, man, my dog, I'm out in the backyard. I was playing catch with my girls, and now it's cool off enough I want to come back outside with them. I have a blue heeler and a half red heeler, half pit. Those are my dogs. The half pit, half red heeler wasn't supposed to be mine, but she ended up being mine. So she gets along great with my blue heeler, which is my dog. Boy, let me tell you, I'm not sure there's been a dog in the world that I like more than Willow Jean, my blue heeler. All right, well, I'll pass on to whoever would like to knock me out of college. I'm just trying to fill some void.
