Just so we know, we understand that Ron has a unique way of putting out his points of view and there's a group of people as in any group that agree with it and there's a group of people that don't agree with it. But any kind of personal attacks, that's what we're trying to avoid and it may not have been a strong attack but anything attacking or going after someone personally, that tends to turn people off and get them to walk away. So we just want to be careful about saying what we're saying out here and make sure that it doesn't get personal on any one person and we do do a lot of controversy out here so we can attack the subject but let's keep the person out of it as much as possible just to attack or go after what they're saying especially if you've got facts to disprove what they're saying, put out those facts but other than that, we try to keep it more on the subject that's being discussed and not the subject discussing it. That's it and don't worry, like I said, we want to make sure that everybody knows what we expect and we're not looking to lay the blame game but we do need to make sure that we're not creating a situation that's going to drive other hams away from the do drop in so just got to put it out there and thank you for your attention to this matter.
