You've made every reasonable attempt to negotiate a reasonable arrangement there and it sounds like she's playing hardball and it sounds like it's time for you to take the gloves off. I think you allowing her to have those Christmas decorations up for two months is more than generous. I'd say October 1 is the absolute earliest you're now willing to put those decorations up.
