I have a question for the group. This is KJ5IRQ. Anybody else who, and I guess I'm going to limit this to people who are married because that's what it applies to here. I have this wife you see. I love her dearly. Been married almost 23 years. And yet, see what we put up Halloween decorations outside. Now, I'm trying to compromise with her and tell her that we shouldn't put up Halloween decorations outside until the beginning of October. That she could go ahead and decorate the inside of the house now and then we could decorate the outside of the house in October. And to threepen the pot to try to get her to compromise on my side, I even threw in that she could go ahead and decorate Christmas inside and outside November 1st. You see how nice of a husband and accomodating I am. Apparently that's not going to work either. So, I am taking advice from wiser men than me. Is this a battle worth fighting? Or should I just go ahead and submit and make the wife happy? Anyhow, I thought I'd lighten the tone up a little bit because that really is something that my wife and I are talking about. She tried to get me to put up all the blow ups yesterday and I said, no, I don't want to have to mow around them yet. Gosh, it's September 7th? Anyhow, she's from upstate New York and she's missing her New England-ish style autumns. I think that's why every year she wants to do it earlier and earlier. Anyhow, what say you? Would you work with your wife and let her go ahead and decorate the outside at the beginning of September for Halloween? Or would you fight and try to stand proud against the onslaught of decoration until October 1st? I guess that's a good question.
