only when I absolutely need them when it comes to pain medications because I'm worth saving for therapy. I was supposed to start therapy this week, but because of the holiday, the guy came and evaluated me, so I was fine. I actually started physical therapy on Tuesday, but I've already begun. I'm doing exercises that were recommended through YouTube and through friends that have gone through it, and I'm getting there. I'm walking. I can walk up 30 feet with a walker. They gave me crutches. Depending on what you need to do, if I want to go out in my back porch and sit on my back porch, I need the crutches to get out the door. I can't use the walker. Or if I want to get to my side of the bed, I got a switch from the walker.
