Good morning everyone. I'm just waking up here. We've got big thunderstorms here in New York City. So it's been good for noise level, but not good for getting up early. It's 756 AM and I'm just rolling out of bed here. Plus I'm not sleeping much. Rolling around with the thunderstorm going in the background. And just about to make some breakfast and look at real estate listings. I don't have to move. I'm desperately looking at places. I've already sold this place. So that's the easy part. Selling your house seems to be the easy part. Buying a house that's appropriate and moving from one place to the other, that's the hard part. So that's what I'm working on right now is looking at new houses to move into. I did buy the lotto last night. I don't know how many of you bought lottery tickets last night. I guess the numbers are done. I never buy lottery tickets. I will check the numbers. I only bought a couple of tickets so the chances are infinitesimal. But if I want something, I'll be a very happy young man. Other than that, it sounds like it's kind of a slow, sleepy Sunday. Glad to participate in the net. Hope everybody has a really great Sunday. If you're in the New York area, stay dry. Stay inside. And if you're everywhere else, enjoy your Sunday. And I'll send it back to Net from WA6ABC. Yeah, I heard you saying last week about moving and you were talking about looking at some places on the internet in advance. Which is a lot of fun. You can actually see the place and evaluate the property, everything around it before you even move in there. Kind of reminds me when we travel and we look at ARB&Bs from where we need to rent them from in certain places that we've been. But one of the things is, yeah, I hate moving. That's the part that's hard. Because I know this time when I actually have to do it, because my brother died and we're going to sell the place. And I know that if we get around to doing it, I'm just going to liquidate a lot of stuff. It seems to be a faster answer to just throw out a lot of things I'm not using and just whittle it down to the most basic essentials. I almost want to whittle it down to a little bag or what I have on me. So I'm not looking forward to that, because that's going to be a task and a half. And one consolation that I kind of have on that is everyone else is sitting on their hands on it. I don't think my dad is rushing to do it. There could be a chance that he's hoping he dies first. Well, I know if I croak first, I don't even have to deal with it. Honestly, I would just hope that I go for what he does. Because if he does, I just hope it's not going to be here where I have to pick up that. I mean, just do it out in the street or something. Someone else. Don't put it on me. Put everything on me. But anyway, so we'll sadly get to that when we do. I always worry about that. Don't do it here. But okay. Alright Michael, we'll keep you on the list. It's not much of a list, so honestly I'm going to leave a few spaces and then I'm probably going to leave. Because we really don't have much of a net. We have maybe, you know, Peter signed. So really right now it's just you, Dee, and Ben. So, I'll put out a few more key ups here and then we'll let you guys carry on. Because we're dying here. So it's like there's no reason to keep holding on to a dead cow. So okay, I'm going to ask like this, okay? Last chance, anyone else that would like to get on this net, and I'm going to close the net if no one else is there. VA3KKY is listening for you.
