Alright, and the last interesting weather bit for you guys here is that there's a new report by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the NIST. If you remember, there was a lot of focus on the NIST after September 11th where they basically reconstructed everything that happened with the World Trade Center buildings. Nothing to do with that in this case. What they did was they basically investigated the devastation that was caused by Hurricane Maria which was a category 4 storm that hit Puerto Rico in September 2017. And I'll just give you a little bit of information to refresh you. Let me cycle it.
