Hello, I'm good, thank you, I hope you're well, thank you for trying to hurt all these cats. Bunch of different things going on, good to hear about them from all the different folks out there in Radio Land. Hi everyone. Today I'm cooking an 8.5 pound shoulder bone-in pork shoulder in the toaster oven. That's not as crazy as it might sound at first. The toaster oven is an air fryer, sits on the counter, it's much bigger than a normal toaster oven. But it's functionally like that, a countertop oven. And so we're at 275 as the setting and we're shooting for an internal temperature. Well, it's a multi-step process, we'll turn it up later with some sauce on it. Right now it was just dry rubbed for a couple of hours before throwing it in to serve it tonight. I hope it works out well. I'm going to throw in some short ribs later on too when it's closer to done time. Also moving furniture around and I'm going to go out and run some errands. But at this point I'm trying to get my monstera settled in her new location. Just transplanted her to an 18 inch diameter pot. I think that's going to be the terminal pot for that plant as far as at least what I can transplant. And I'm moving furniture around and everything to make sure there's enough light on that.
