Well, good morning to everybody. It's afternoon here. I think we're two hours ahead of you guys. And weather's cooled off a little bit down here. It's 87 now. It's been in the mid to upper 90s. But thank you. We're, I'm about three months since I've had my license, but I've heard you guys off and on for the last couple years. I went through open heart surgery, so I was made up for a while. And it took me a while to get my license. But finally got it. Been on the net. I thought I'd tune in this morning and see who I could hear. And lo and behold, here you guys are.
