Okay, good afternoon, Jeanette and the rest of the folks on the net, Steve here in Houston N5 CUA. And this is a one year lease house. We've been in it now for at least three weeks I guess, coming up on three weeks. And so there's not an option to purchase at the end of the lease. The lease can be extended month to month. It's expiration in the middle of August next year but the person that owns it is an investor. It's for rental purposes so he's not interested in selling it. We've made contact with him and asked him that. So that's fine. So we are going to be looking for another place or to rebuild our old house. We're not sure yet. We're still waiting on an answer from the power provider that's responsible for the fire. And they did come out and talk to my neighbor a week ago today, last Saturday of all things. I wouldn't expect the claims department to be working on a Saturday. I always thought they were a Monday through Friday 9 to 5 bunch but they showed up on Saturday and asked her a bunch of questions and told her they'd approve a hotel for her. How nice of them to do that six weeks after the fire. Yeah, that's the kind of nice folks they are. Anyway, they have not responded to me so that tells me I'm going to have my attorney friend send him a letter on his letterhead and see if we can't start some negotiations taking place here because it's become apparent they're not going to respond to my claim without a little nudging from the legal side. So that's fine. I kind of expected that. Let me reset. Thank you.
