Well, thanks for asking, Mike. I think one of the most little neighborhoods, trying to figure which feel you would want to get, there's kind of not, if I went back to live in New York and I wanted to, I would move down to the Coney Island Brighton Beach area and try to find a place in the middle of like, it's like little Russia, but it's by the water, and it's by Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Coney Island, or the same place, practically, and it's a Russian neighborhood. And I've been out in New York for now for over 30 years, so I couldn't really, I don't know what the trend is, trends are now, but either that or somewhere in the East Village, because it's like, it's where the, it's where all the cool kids hang out, cool kids of all ages, I mean, and affordable? Nowhere. I do not think that there's any place that you would want to, that you could live in that is not, that is like way more than you would possibly imagine people would pay anywhere in the world for a monthly rental. So, but again, I'm 35 plus years out of New York City, so I can't really, I can only tell you on the, on a very, not a very authoritative way, you know, any real estate suggestions, but as far as the color of people and the vibe and the beat and the heartbeat of the city, I like Brighton Beach and Coney Island area and the Lower East Side. That's it. W7DBB back to you.
