Hello Jack, okay, so yeah sorry I jumped in and started the initial check-in before you finish transmitting. Sometimes I get a little ahead of myself. Happens in other sections of my life as well. Anyway so one thing I'd reported a week or two ago was that I'd misplaced my vacuum cleaner, my Eureka little canister yellow thing. I hadn't found it. I looked it everywhere. I did find it a few days ago. I went over to a friend's house where I'd done some work on their house and left. This is repeater station for yellow kilo 7 November, November, all-time low 16-2. So now I have two Eureka yellow vacuum cleaners, the mighty, mighty, very nice vacuum cleaner I'd recommend to anybody. Let's see, yesterday I went over to a different friend's house to help with something, a couple of chores they wanted to have done including, this wasn't on the list originally, but they said they'd had this electronic lock installed on their bedroom door. You push the buttons and it unlocks or you flip the key or whatever you want. Give a little security there to the room they're renting and the lock wasn't working. I said, oh when did you put this in? I don't remember seeing that. They said they had a locksmith come over the week before and install it. It's one of these quick set locks that go for a little over a hundred bucks. I said, what do you mean it's not working? It just goes beep, beep, beep, beep, beep. I go, okay, let me take a look. So I spent about a half hour, 40 minutes looking at it and going, oh, it looks like it was kind of installed properly, but what's it doing, the beep, beep, beep. Then I go look at through the instruction manual. I said, did the guy happen to look at the instructions for this? She says, I don't think so. Well there in item number 15 of the instructions it says, if you have a door that goes in the other direction, then you need to press these three buttons and it will reset the lock to operate properly. So I press the three buttons and the lock operated properly. Item number 15 in the instruction list. And it seems like, you know, they would have mentioned something at the beginning of the instructions like, oh, by the way, you know, this lock can be operated either on a left hand or right hand door. And if it's the wrong door, then you just push these three buttons and it'll correct it. But they didn't put that into the instructions and I'm going to contact those about that. But anyway, so here we were, the guy had charged her a little over a hundred bucks, walked out the door and says, well, it's broken. And that was that. And I'm going to go, she ought to get a rebate on that because that is not the case. And the guy also did not drill the hole in the door jamb that would have let the bolt extend fully. There was only about a half inch hole in the door jamb and it needs to be a full inch. So that was also not done correctly.
