Alright I picked up two TV here in Miami Dade good morning and Georgia and AB1 AI Brian who's in and out thanks for checking in Brian. Oh I need to get on my bike it's been weeks since I've been on my bike. Every time I hear you huh it's like a gut being punched I need to get on my bike. I'm not for the next few days or weeks or whatever I'll tell you what. So I'll tell you what happened to my muscle real quick. Yesterday morning me and my wife were out there on the back patio. We're sitting there watching the chickens and the new little chicken coos that we got them into. And we have an old table that sits out in the back patio that really needs to be probably thrown away. But anyhow something fell off of it so I kind of twisted it a bit over to pick it up and at the same time I had a cough. And that cough was no big deal and at that moment I felt the muscle oh my gosh. And it's right on the side of my hip right there with the hip bone my ball and socket go together at. So it's on my side it's technically not my back which is a good thing. The doctor did tell me you know since it's my side and I have to walk every day that that would help it heal faster. So I don't think it's going to be weeks but it's still you know still lets me know that it's not normal. So that's my hip thing so yeah I expect that to get over with. And then of course the sickness thing that caught last night or whatever is probably because I went to the doctor's office. That's what I'm blaming it on anyhow. Reason 4,572 not to go see the doctor. You get sick and you go see the doctor. Okay so let's go to George. George the mic is yours. Good morning my friend. KV0MAI.
