Yeah, well back in the 60s and 70s, Hydro Quebec did something really really smart. If you were willing to put an electric boiler into a commercial building or your residence, they gave you the boiler and they would install it for free. But then they, you know, you're hooked into Hydro Quebec so they've got a client until that boiler comes out. They got really really smart with that. And then when the natural gas came through, now there's a lot of natural gas in Montreal proper but once you get outside of Montreal there's not a whole lot of gas in Quebec. You know, they started pushing it into Laval and Saint-Choubert a bit when I was there but nothing like out west where every little farmhouse has got natural gas running to the yard. I grew up doing, my dad was an industrial fitter, ran his own plumbing and heating company on the weekends and then eventually for himself. I grew up doing gas and heating and it's just natural for me.
