Yeah, and they got strict laws here. They don't let you go around working without a license. That's another thing. If you own, say, a house or something, they'll take it from you if they see you don't have a license. So you've got to be so careful in that. Yeah, he ended up plumbing, then he went into the air conditioning, then he went into some electronic job, and now he's a roofing contractor. He's sticking to that right now. But the problem is, yeah, try to bid a job in Montreal. He has to be so careful. Whenever you bid a job in Montreal, you've got to go through all this paperwork to let the city know that you're going to be doing the job and have all this stuff done. It makes it almost impossible to do anything in Montreal. Montreal is one of the worst cities to work in. Oh, for sure it is. And there is so many people running contracting and general contracting and working under the table. It's just cutthroat. It's crazy. Yeah, now even in the heating industry, it's so bad. There's a lot of guys out working who just don't have a frickin' clue. I've been gone five years, and at Christmas time I got a call from somebody I didn't even know. One of the gas inspectors recommended me, and Buddy dug up my number and gave me a shout. One of the companies I was working for had been to his place and wanted a stupid amount of money to fix the problem, and had diagnosed the problem wrong. I fixed the problem with Buddy over the phone in about 15 minutes.
