Yeah Tim, I think that is ideal. Yeah that's usually about where you are so yeah I think that's very good very acceptable and nicely played. Hey real quick so IKEA now I've not been to IKEA since well I don't know what year it was but it's been many years but it was the old IKEA and right as I was leaving the place one day because I had to go back for a couple extra parts that kind of thing that seems standard you know with some of their setups because you're just enormous right but so I went back and they said yeah we're moving the stores I'm moving the store seems enormous where you're moving it to they said we're gonna we're gonna go to where the parking lot is now that will be the new IKEA and then this one gets torn down and I think I guess I think they're making that the parking lot so and I know they did it but is this the new IKEA which is now kind of like the old IKEA do you know what I'm gonna you know I'm going right
