He was seeking a carbon microphone in the bell of his control, and it was transmitting music. And started this whole trend of people buying radio so they could tune in, the amateur broadcaster. So they rewrote the rules. It's either 32 or 38 to ban amateur radio operas from playing music on the air because they didn't want it to compete with commercial broadcasting. You get what this is.
