Yeah, and I'm sure they they want to push that everything still gets done but we need to do it more effectively and load the trucks higher and yeah like I say it's the same story everywhere right now. There's a lot of companies that are just been giving things away like for the longest time our company wasn't charging certain hospitals and doctors offices for the liquid oxygen. It was basically a promotion for them so that they would forward any new oxygen clients to us. But now they're learning that that's not working and you know producing liquid oxygen is expensive and the government's been cutting how much they're willing to pay for somebody to be on oxygen so we're getting less coming in. So they keep losing money just like these guys are. I don't know how these companies ever thought to giving away product or service is a good idea.
