Hey, so real quick, so we haven't bought a house since we bought this house, and so it's been quite a while. But if you were to hazard guess, what's the standard earnest money percentage of the purchase price? I think that's how it works, that's why I remember anyway. What do you think the earnest money is you need to put down to show you've got interest in one house or another? Do you know what the current rate is?
