Yeah, good afternoon Jack and we're, let's see, I'm in Lacey in the yard right now just having lunch and then probably heading north again. And yeah, that pile up, especially on FM, that's a challenge. When I do rows sometimes it'll get like that. If you get in a rare grid you'll get like a pile up and you've got to be pretty fast to be able to make the calls out. Usually what a lot of people will do is they'll either pick the prefects or the suffix out and then have the guy fill the call when you call on them. But yeah, it can be a challenge so it's a skill in and of itself. And let's see, what else? I think Mike mentioned about the painter. Yeah, we've got the moss guy coming this week. And I was going to go up there but Courtney says, no, you're not going up there. So we've got the moss guy coming and it took a little effort to find one and we actually got three quotes. We got a pretty good quote on it. And a couple years ago we had a painter and it was really hard to find a painter. And so we did get one. Same thing, we got like three or four, excuse me, I swallowed them wrong. We got three or four quotes and so we got a pretty good price on that and he painted the house. And the sun is brutal on everything. And so I guess the south side of the house was really faded. In fact a lot of the houses you can see are faded. A lot of people were painting their houses there. And so they did a real good job on that. Oh, the blueberries. We still have blueberries here in the yard in Mike's private reserve. But it's getting kind of late in the season so, you know. But we did get some before. I picked quite a few actually. I took a gallon jug and filled it up almost full. And Courtney made some homemade ice cream and I think she used like cream or half and half or something to make it. It was really, really good. Really creamy. And it was fairly easy for it to make she said. So we'll have to do that again. So that had blackberries in it. And then we took blackberries and sprinkled them on top of it. So it was really good. So anyway, that's about it. Hope everyone is having a good afternoon. It's nice and sunny here. I'm actually sitting here in the shade and we've got little woods right on the edge here.
