Hey Jack, Tim here, AS7RV. Well I got stuff to do here in about five minutes so I gotta be kinda quick. One thing I'm doing, I think I mentioned it in the last neck, is I'm doing a lot of upgrading in my shack. And today, I'm waiting for the backordered FTM150RASP from Yaesu. I think that radio just came out earlier this year or late last year. Waiting for that to turn up, heard some really good reviews on it. I was working on a strict two meter radio and I figured, well I'd sure like the flexibility of a UHF. So when I was shopping around, I stumbled onto that one and discovered it had not just one but two speakers in it. And it also had some pretty good audio control that takes out a lot of the static. I've heard that some people have problems with it when the signal is really, really low. Well in that case, just turn the dog on ASB part off and see if you can just pull out what they're talking about in the weeds. Anyhow, I'm waiting for that today and I'll learn how to program it and get that thing on the air as soon as I can. Back to you Jack, AF7RV.
