Jack I'm really good yesterday. I was really tired all day. I don't know I didn't get enough quite enough sleep the night before today I Decided okay. Oh, I was reading this thing and was it ARP or someplace some magazine. I was reading it was talking about His name the guy with A blank and a blank and mission impossible stuff anyway, you know his name everyone knows his name, but Escaping you at the moment anyway had a thing in there on his Morning workout what he did to get up any days. He was doing stunts He would like have a huge breakfast like a dozen eggs and bacon and sausage and all this other stuff toast carbs and I'd go you know I didn't loosen I've been losing weight this last year I need to put on some weight so I decided this morning. I was going to get up have a little better breakfast and Make myself full of energy no matter what it took And I've been pretty successful at that today. I'm feeling pretty energetic I've got a friend coming in town next week for a couple of days. I gotta get my place Cleaned up, and I know I've been going on about that for what forever So I need to change my tune here pretty soon because that's boring, but I am working on my place Cooled off the place overnight had the windows open fan drying air through so it's nice and cool and the Sun doesn't hit my Web site here, I got a website exposure until about two o'clock So I've got still a couple of hours to get some good work done And I can always turn on the air conditioner if I really need to keep it cool Yeah, I need to Modulate myself a little bit as far as jumping in if I have something important to say I'll tend to jump in early in the net but in this case I had nothing important to say and I jumped in anyway, so sorry about that. I will wait until it's not a pile up Anyway, I'm having a good day. I'm going to continue having a good day.
