Well hey there Dave and Jim Rebecca and everybody else it's been a lazy day here on the house slept in got up late been lazing around scrolling YouTube and Instagram because I got a bunch of days off so I'm gonna enjoy them and and just be lazy because I can and because that's good for you sometimes but I should probably you know put a put a shirt on and actually get around to doing something today I think I think the plan for the day is going to be running up to a Lowe's or a Home Depot and buying some spray foam that's specifically designed to keep rats out of the house because here in East Boston rats and mice they are a big problem they sneak into your walls you can hear them crawling around up there because trash day everybody just puts their stuff out on the curb and they go hog wild and then they they crawl you crawl their way into the walls and into the little crevices around the backyard and whatnot crawling through the bushes so need to seal up any holes in the house because I've heard some scritches in the walls which is not a good sign it's been a battle over the last year trying to keep them out of the house but when you have a hundred and fifteen year old house you know that's that's bound to happen it might be more than 115 I always say 115 but I know that this house has at least been here because there's photos of it from 1910 so it's probably older than that but anyways a very old house so I'm gonna go go walk over the train and take a train up to Lowe's and get some some spray foam to seal up any any holes or cracks in the house and then maybe I'll deal with the catnip here it's been flowering and I've tried cross-pollinating the two catnip plants that I keep in the window here and I will see if I can get another round of seeds to create another generation some people may remember that I brought catnip to a rain or shine once upon a time I have used seeds from those catnip plants to plant catnip over here in Boston so it's one of my favorite plants to grow keeps the cats around to keep the mice away but I want to ensure that the mice are away so that's probably what I'll get up to I gotta go actually get ready for my day so I'll throw it back to you there Dave thanks for running in that kj7 wqi hey suggestion on your mouth thing we have periodically have had mice in our house and located and she finally figured out kind of where they were coming in and we've been able to keep them all out except that we do let the cats out on the catio and unfortunately they will occasionally bring one in and we have to get rid of it which we usually dispatch with a BB gun but that being said that not being an option for you probably but stainless steel course stainless steel steel wool and jam it in there because it cuts up their gums when they try and chew through it and they cannot get through it and it works really really well so yeah you might try seeing if you can find some stainless steel wool and I know it's available online I don't know if it's available where you are over the counter but I would think somebody would have to have it so at any rate that would be my suggestion for stopping any entry issues so there you go I'll just throw that out there have a wonderful wonderful day and we will catch you later and thanks for coming by and saying hi this is kilo Delta 7 Papa whiskey Bravo Dave the high desert fire radio I'm gonna open it up to everybody at this point and hey let's get one more round and then I'll read the news from the high desert this morning so who's out there that would like to check in I would certainly love to hear from you please come ahead okay three oh eight good morning
