Hey Jim, no problem, good to hear from you. Oh man, yeah, we hit 98 yesterday and we're only going to hit about, I think they're saying right around 90 today, but we're already at 81 here. It just clicked over. So yeah, it's going to be another warm day here. Towards the weekend we are starting to get some serious cool downs, so that will be kind of nice. And then next week they're actually saying we may not break 60, so I don't know. We're seeing high desert kind of weather, so what can you say?
