Good morning, Bunker, Robert. Let's see, sun shining out here, very little breeze, 69 percent, 69 degrees, 76 percent humidity. So there you go. There's a weather report for me. Anyhow, still been working on my project out back. But just about 99 percent done with it as far as the cement work goes. I've been using some overlay where you put the stuff on and level up the concrete where some of it's a little bit off, you know. And that's a real fun job because you got to mix up a small batch at a time otherwise the stuff starts setting up and you got to get it out there about like, almost like mixing up epoxy, you know, or fiberglass. You got to get it done quick. So anyway, while waiting to let that all dry real good and then probably get some kind of paint, I'm going to paint the whole thing where I've put the concrete in with some kind of waterproof stuff. I'd like to, so I've got to keep water out of my house. I've had problems over the years when we get the big rain and water will be standing three or four inches deep and it might grate down to the basement. So I'll try to alleviate all that problem. So that's about it from around here. We're supposed to get normal temperatures I guess today but then sometime during next week I guess we're going to have down into the 40s overnight which is crazy. Go from 80s, 90s, then out of the 40s something, cold fronts coming through. But I guess it'll go back up. Anyway, back to you Robert and thanks a lot for the check in this morning and I guess I'll have the debt probably tomorrow. So there you go. Back to you Robert.
