Well I don't know how controlling he's he's gotten for the Supreme Court but it's mostly conservatives and they have voted with him several times so but the things they're talking about now they may make a difference but the court may lean into it we're talking about like the tariffs themselves using the alien enemies act to deport people without a trial and like deploying the National Guard the appeals court this is the court just before the Supreme Court has said that that was deploying the National Guard is illegal that was an illegal action so we'll see what happens
