You know, I never had any choice. I mean, most of my memories are from Canada. And the first thing we moved to when we came back in here was Arkansas. And it was pretty good back then. I liked Arkansas. I was one of my favorite states. But we came back down because pardons were given and we had to be back in the United States between certain times for that pardon to take place. Not for me, but for my dad. And I remember when we came back in the states. I was 13, 14, and I came back down. So I remember them. Canada said for me to leave the country, because I've been up there so long, I had to sign a piece of paper that basically gave up my Canadian citizenship. And my parents explained it to me and said, you need to sign it and stay here and go into foster care before you come with us. 14 year olds, deciding is right away as a Canadian citizen. I thought that was, I didn't think about it back then. I just thought about, yeah, I want to do with mom and dad. But now that I think back on it now, I think that was one of the worst fucking moves I ever made. I'm surprised that they made you do that. I'm assuming both mom and dad were American citizens. I've got a few friends who have Canadian dad, American mom, or American mom, Canadian dad. And they've got dual citizenship. I don't know why they'd make you sign years away.
