Well, good afternoon, Jack. This is John Kilo 9, Juliet Echo Bravo on mostly sunny Camano Island. Boy, such a change from this morning when the cloud deck was just over 500 feet or just under 500 feet. I couldn't see the top of the Camano Ridge there where our repeater is, which is 500 feet. It's all burned off and it's nice and sunny now. Looks like mostly blue all quadrants there. Looks like some haze is still left over. Looks like it'll be a nice day. I don't know if it'll get up to the 80s. Kind of doubtful actually, but we'll see. Anyway, 3007 on the barometer if you're into the liquid metals, as Bob would say. And let's see, no wind. It's dead calm at the moment. It was coming from the north just a little bit, but dead calm, 0.0. No precip in the bucket. Looks like a dew point of about 61, 85% humidity, so pretty standard for around here. And UV index of 6 with the 632 watts per square meter on the solar, so you can tell it's sunny. So anyway, let's see, what's happening on the ham front? Well, so I was completely unsuccessful at getting my ASL3 All-Star node to work on a Raspberry Pi, a Model B. I still don't know why. I have a feeling it's a problem with the networking, not the node itself. So for whatever reason, my router is not transmitting the UDP packets correctly or dropping some or deprioritizing them or who knows. So I figured, all right, well, to heck with it, I'm just going to go get a new Raspberry Pi. I got a 4B with 4 gigs. And I'm just going to try the ham void version of the node software on there with my old Cherry USB. And we'll see how that goes. But I fired it up yesterday, and I realized, like, wait a minute, I can't see it on my network. And it doesn't use the same HDMI. It has a micro HDMI output. So I'm like, I can't even hook it up to the display to see what it's trying to tell me. So I had to go order one of those parts, which I neglected to do. I should have remembered that it was a different thing. So hopefully that will be here tomorrow. Thanks, Uncle Jeff. And then we'll be able to get that thing up and running here and get that online. So hopefully I'll have my All Star node back up and running here before too long. So that's all that's fit to print here on the ham radio front up on the
