Hey, good morning to you Bill and good morning to everybody here on the PSRG this morning. Hope everybody's doing well. We're doing okay up here. It's a relatively warm day. We don't have very much left, let me tell you. It'll only be a couple of months now and we'll be in the winter. Oh man, I'm dreading it. Hopefully it's as snow-free as last year because we only really had what you would call three snowstorms last winter. And very little shoveling. There was only three days that we had to shovel the whole winter. And that's very unusual for up here on the rock. Let me tell you, we get harsh, harsh winters. Usually snow from beginning to end type of deal. But we're really hoping that that's not the case again this year. But I don't think we're going to get lucky two years in a row. We didn't have much of a summer either, I've got to say. Temperatures only got up into the high 80s maybe for about a week. And that was it. Other than that it was like 70s, which I mean I don't mind. I don't like the fact that it's back down in the 40s and 50s overnight already though. Not a real great sign. Other than that everything's going well, man. I just wanted to jump in here this morning and say hello and wish everybody a great day. From here in St. John's, Newfoundland, or as I call it, on the rock. Because that's what we are technically. This is V01 UVC. Have a great day.
