And good morning to you, Gail. I have been out here before. I'm pretty busy and I'm also a tech and a radio programmer for Kenwood and Motorola. I just wanted to check in and say hi to you guys. It's been a while since I've been out here. We're also a former resident of the good, long-star state of Texas, just live in West Texas, the Midland and the Midland Odessa and then also the Lubbock area. So, anyway, glad to hear you in there. I wanted to say hi and we were just mushroom hunting this weekend and had fun with that. A lot of photography, beautiful weather, the natural habitat, we thought of storms but no rain. Probably mid-70s and we just want to get down in the 50s and 60s as Arctic blast heads our way here in northern Michigan. We are located just outside of Traverse City, a little town, a park college called Interlochen. So we'll say back to Minutin, Nice to meet you.
