Okay, so to prevent sort of claustrophobia, usually a lot of the walls are one-way mirrors. So you can see everything that's going on around you while you're sitting on the toilet. So I think that turned a lot of people off. They were like, wait a second, is everybody watching me? Is that what's going on here? Pretty wild. Anyway, so yeah, I built the, designed and built the data center in Englewood, New Jersey for their US operation. That was pretty cool. Oh, and okay, VRBOs and Airbnbs. This, I thought this was a VRBO, Les informed me, she corrected me and said, no, it's an Airbnb. I usually don't like the idea of living in a room in somebody else's house and paying for it. That I don't like. Now, this is a self-contained house, two floors, all that stuff. So that's where we are standing right now. And they come, you can spend a week at a hotel, especially in New York, and you will get right up around the same price as we're paying for our own little house, our own little address. And I really like doing it that way because you don't feel trapped. You can wander around, you can get away from each other. If I'm snoring and it's another bedroom I can go into, or if I want to do something different like watch TV, I can just go downstairs and watch TV. I really like that. But if people Airbnb the rooms in their own house, that's a little creepy. I don't like that. Anyway, so I pass it to Ron, AA4-H. It's all yours Ron. This is Casey 2, PKG.
