Thank you, Greg. I think some of these Airbnbs that I've seen around here, they've got some investors that are trying to buy up homes and they have a whole crew to back them up and they go in and remodel the home. And they make it look really nice inside because they found, of course, if you have more to offer you can charge more and it's a better return for them for the homes they buy to fix them up really nice. But you're going to pay a premium for that and most of these Airbnbs are like that and they look for nice neighborhoods. These are people that have some capital to invest in it. So I imagine they're making a lot of money. I know that the Airbnb stocks has always done good. I haven't seen it lately. It might not be. It hasn't come on my radar at all as a high flyer. It might be a slow and steady mover but I'd have to double check on that. If it was crashing I'd hear about that. When I travel, when I've traveled, I've gone with groups. So we had a whole plane once to get from one place to another because the group was so large. And then we got deals that way. And sometimes when I travel it's with family so we stay there and when they come here they stay here. They don't have to go to hotels. So I guess I've got a whole well-rounded way to go different places. When I went on business trips I had a room and the company paid for it. There were times where I'd just go to be in a hotel to get away. And I've done that before. I remember that since I had been to this hotel a few times I got upgraded. They asked me if I wanted to upgrade and I got up on the 19th floor.
