Yeah, itís probably a nice start too. Itís just going good here. I had to get an air conditioner. Well, Kevin also is in there. He had to get an air conditioner for his house too. But boy, the amount of money they make here. Anyway, to make the long story short, the guy came in here. Within about two hours, he had the new air conditioner. And he had almost, I think it was about $4,500 in his pocket. I think the air conditioner costs like $2,500. So the guy makes a good clipping. Itís tough though because the city of Montreal is getting down on all the contractors. They want their money for the permits. They want this, they want that. And they donít get some of that money. Theyíre going to take it out on the contractors. Yeah, except I think they kind of manipulated us into getting a full unit. It was like a capacitor that needed to be repaired. Thatís all it was. It happens every few years. And since I wasnít in charge of it, I didnít ultimately decide on it. But yeah, because if they replaced the part, like I told them, it would have been somewhere in the neighborhood of $400 to $700. But with what they were talking about, replace all of it, they made us pay almost $7,000. So yeah, they said, ìDonít bother cutting corners because you might just revisit this problem in a couple of years.î Well, weíre used to that. Itís still not $7,000, you F. But it wasnít up to me. So thatís how it goes.
