Well good afternoon to the net. This is KJ7JXM. We're Robert and I'm doing pretty good today. My alarm went off because I forgot to turn it off last night. So it went off at 4 o'clock this morning and I promptly turned it off and kind of rolled back over and just kind of laid there for a little bit. Ended up getting up about 6.30 I think and I came out, sat on the couch, my head hurt a little bit and I was just kind of, I was really tired still. So I laid on the couch for a few minutes and said, you know what, why am I out here laying on the couch? I'm going to go back into bed. I went and laid back into bed and the next thing I know I looked at my clock and it was 10.40. So apparently I slept in a little bit today. I'm still a little bit groggy from that. I went and took some stuff from my head hurting and went out there and loaded the smoker up with, oh there's probably three pounds worth of carne asada on it right now. I bought two pounds of seasoned, pre-seasoned carne asada from one of the Mexican stores in Marysville. I bought two pounds of unseasoned carne asada and seasoned it myself using Dr. Pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic and I think that was, oh a little bit of brown sugar. So pretty excited to see how that goes on there. Did not get it going until about 12.30. So it's going to be a long wait this afternoon waiting for it to get done. I've still got about a little over a pound I think that needs to go on there. My smoker is just not big enough and I even made a couple of trays to double layer it in there. I'll share some photos here in a little bit once Sami sends them over to you, over to me so that I can post them. I think that was the thing I got on my watch. So yeah, pretty excited about that. It's been, what did my thing say, it's been five years since the last time I did jerky. So it's been way too long. So I'm really looking forward to it. Hope it turns out okay. Totally different recipe this time. So definitely looking forward to how it turns out and what I need to tweak or change. I might start making a whole bunch of jerky again. But it's expensive man. I was blown away with I think it was $65 in meat that I paid that I bought. So definitely not the most inexpensive way to go. But if I come out with four pounds of delicious mouthwatering jerky for $65, I think I did okay. Because I want to say you're generally $15 for half a pound at the store. So that's not the most effective, but it's definitely going to be the most flavorful in my opinion. Because it's not going to have all the extra preservatives in it. We'll see how long it takes to eat four pounds of jerky. Probably not very long. But other than that, yeah, just kind of getting a few other things done. Getting the schedule set up for the silent key pickup and getting all that gear loaded. And then get that organized out. Start sharing the information about it and getting people to hopefully come pick some stuff up. I might end up doing a silent auction on some of the bigger items just to make it fair and give people the opportunity to get some really cool gear for really good pricing. So there you go. I know that alligator is nipping at my heels so I'm going to send it back to you my friend. Thanks for doing what you do. Very much appreciate you. This is JJ7JXM. Clear? Back to you.
