Yeah, hi Kirk. Having a good morning here. Pretty relaxing. We're going to hit the trail as well and found a, actually I found another trail here too so they're like all over the place. And there's a lot of wooded area here and I mentioned about the power lines. All the power lines here at least in our area, our neighborhood, those are all below ground which they can be seen during storms so it works out pretty good. But anyway, that's about it. Just getting ready to wrap up a four day weekend. It was nice. It was nice to take a little bit of a relax. Anyway, we'll say 7-3. Everyone have a good Labor Day? And back to you Kirk. KBA, BMI.
