Thank you, Rebecca. Yeah, I'm ready. Um, see here, it's sunny out here in the San Francisco Bay area and 73 degrees, oops, 67 degrees outside. And we're supposed to be in the mid 80s today. So, boy, yesterday it got hot, it hit over 90. But it's supposed to cool off here on a cooling trend. And I see a squirrels been by this morning and I saw them go on the railing there and grabbing the usual peanuts and that. I had to order some more nuts for them because I ran out. I'm getting some today, which is crazy. Nuts and crazy, that's interesting. But, yeah, I just see here, not much more is going on here. It's just quite peaceful here. And so it's good to hear everybody out there. And, uh, Jim, I hope your hamstring feels better fast and you'll be out doing somersaults in no time. So, okay, Rebecca, back to you.
